Windcrest employs a full-time staff of six. These include Accountants, Corporate Administrators and Administrative support staff with several years of combined experience in resident management services. It has been Windcrest's policy to hire exclusively Bermudian staff whenever possible. Additionally, summer college students are hired annually as interns to expose them to a diversified, automated, office environment as part of their educational development.

Mr. William Carr, Principal
Mr. William Carr is a Bermudian Accountant. In starting Windcrest, Mr. Carr drew upon six years experience in Public Accounting, Captive Insurance Management, International Shipping and the management of Offshore companies. Bill specialises in shipping, fund administration, local company accounting and management, holding companies, private clients and corporate administration. Bill serves as both an Officer and a Director of several managed clients.
